1. Refund Eligibility

Refund tab applicable hoga agar:

• Damaged product receive hua ho

• Wrong product deliver hua ho

• Product me manufacturing defect ho

? Issue delivery ke 48 hours ke andar report karna zaroori hai (photo/video proof ke saath).

2. Refund Process

• Refund approval ke baad 5–7 working days me process hoga.

• Online payment orders ka refund same payment method me hoga.

• COD orders ka refund bank transfer/UPI ke through hoga.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Used products

• Customer damage

• Minor color variation

• Late complaint (48 hours ke baad)
